Prepare cook stations and stock them with necessary supplies Retain menu knowledge Follow recipes and presentation guidelines Operate standard kitchen equipment safely Prepare food on line by chopping, mixing, and making various sauces Cook items on the line by grilling and frying Maintain a clean and sanitary station throughout the shift Keep station fully stocked throughout the shift Work Requirements:
While not required, back of house experience is preferred Works well with others in a team environment Punctual, on time to work Works well in a fast paced environment Must have excellent hygiene and follows all sanitary requirements Job Types:
