IT Support Specialist

We have an opportunity for a dynamic, goal-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team and support various automation initiatives used to run our organization - this is a vital role for increasing operational efficiency and excellence through technology, to support our growth and diversification goals as an organization.
In this role, your workday will be spent analyzing, troubleshooting, and strategizing solutions for automating workflows and reports, supporting end-users, in addition to a plethora of other general IT support activities.
This role reports to the Head of Information Technology, and works alongside other IT Support Team Members.
Work LocationWith a home office of Jeffersonville, IN, the ideal candidate will be willing to travel to all of our locations in the Midwest USA - our locations include Detroit, MI, Clyde, Ohio, McPherson, Kansas, Auburn, Alabama and Des Moines, Iowa, and internationally from time to time.

RequirementsQualifications Minimum of some college coursework and 3 years of practical work experience in the IT profession, required 3 Years' Database Administration (MS SQL/Oracle) experience, preferred 3 Years' Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience, preferred IQMS Experience, preferred Key Skills and Competencies o Communication skills - you will be in a role that interacts regularly with our team members (users) and external customers Planning and organizational skills - you will not have the same day twice and you will be in a constant state of continuous improvement and learning Results Oriented - our organization is heavily reliant on KPIs - every role on our team matters and makes a difference Teamwork and Sense of Urgency - our ERP drives our manufacturing processes, when the system is not performing we have to act fast and cooperatively You should be proficient in:
Cyber Security Programs IT Equipment (Servers, Networks, Telecom, Cloud) SQL Administration Experience IT Compliance Requirements (CCPA, GDPR) Network Connectivity Experience (TCP/IP, SDWAN) IT Infrastructure Hardware Experience Machines & technologies you'll use:
