Guest Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following; Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction Ensure speed of service Understand and be capable of handling guest concerns Maintain store presentation and standards Effectively and efficiently execute daily tasks Uphold Thorntons Core Values Requirements:
