Overview Under the general direction of the General Manager/Executive Vice President of Operations, our Region Manager performs a wide range of supervisory, administrative, marketing and food-quality protection-oriented tasks within their assigned region.

Coordinate and direct region operations within region.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and providing resolutions/recommendations in a timely manner.
Manage, develop, and coach current direct reports such as territory leadership, sales support, and administrative support, as well as indirect reports down to front-line operations personnel within the region.
Facilitate effective route management and growth within company guidelines.
Complete necessary reports, paperwork, and documentation in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, delivery of all paperwork and collections prescribed by policy to the home office.
Oversee region recruitment, in partnership with HR, for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent to align headcount to match service needs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, all company policies, and all state and federal regulations applicable to all facets of our industry to include, but not limited to, Department of Agriculture, Department of Natural Resources, OSHA, EPA, Department of Labor Wage and Hour, etc.
Train employees in and of application of entomology, administration, policies and procedures, fleet and equipment, maintenance and upkeep, time management, ethical business practices, pride, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships at all levels of the organization and influence others Ensure that all subordinates are properly registered in required categories and are on track to attain their required hours of ongoing education.
Control expenses in all areas and establish a system for approval to monitor.
Improve one-time & recurring revenue growth and maintain a targeted focus on continuous profit improvement.
Confirm, verify, and maintain that the Company is properly licensed including business licenses, pest control licenses, etc.
(Your license in GHP is to be made available for use as needed or required).
Reduce and maintain the number of allowances and cancellations to align with targeted levels.
Be available and working during normal working hours and on call to management or employees.

Minimum Requirements:
Must reside within the geographical Region High school diploma or GED Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements including background, drug screen, and physical Valid driver's license with a good driving record and proof of insurability Ability to travel up to 40% as needed, which may include nights and weekends Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 180 days of employment Prior experience leading a team Prior experience or familiarity with pest management, pest-control equipment, or fumigation Experience training, coaching, or developing leaders and/or staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams Preferred
