General Responsibilities Welcoming patients and checking them in for appointments.
Managing patient calls and scheduling of appointments.
Verification of insurance and benefits, as well as, educating patients to understand their coverages.
Presentation of treatment plans and financial options for patients seeking care.
Processing payments and maintaining an accurate ledger.
Other standard day to day dental front office duties.
