Responsibilities:
Support the CEO with all day-to-day matters by managing his calendar (setting meetings both in-person & through video) including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the CEO's time Organize any company travel arrangements including hotels, plane flights, accommodations, and ground transportation Respond to incoming emails, phone calls and voicemails on behalf of the CEO Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents with high level of accuracy and attention to detail Organized and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared Attend meetings, create meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items needed Assist with collections for accounts with terms Plan any events or dinners with vendors, customers, etc.
as needed Support other departments including compliance, sales, customer service, and accounting Ad hoc tasks, special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO Managing and organized confidential documents , files, and records Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports, presentations and other materials
Qualifications:

years of executive or administrative assistant experience, preferred Detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker and problem solver who can anticipate needs Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
