G&R Renovations, LLC is a locally owned and operated home renovation business that started in January 2023.
We do everything from decks, fences, and siding, to flooring, painting, drywall install and finishing, and more! We're fully insured and work during all four seasons.
We are looking for someone that is skilled and knowledgeable in the world of contracting and construction.
Along with that, we're also looking for someone that is dependable, honest, and a self-starter while also being able to work as a team.

We service customers in Indiana and Kentucky.
As far down as Rough River and as far up as Seymour, Indiana.
Since we tend to have several jobs going at once, the ideal candidate should be flexible and be able to work at different job sites on a day-to-day basis.
While you'll typically remain on the same job site until work is completed, you may be assigned elsewhere depending on business needs.
Majority of the jobs we take on are residential, though we will take on commercial jobs as they come along.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks as assigned - Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites - Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Skills:
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks - Good communication skills - Contractor License wanted, but not required Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must own or have the ability to purchase basic tools for the job (e.
g.
tape measurer, hammer, impact drill, circular saw, etc.
) - Must have expertise in at least one area of the trade (e.
g Carpentry, painting, drywall hanging/finishing, plumbing, roofing, etc.
) - Must be on time.
While there are exceptions, we're looking for someone who will be at the job when they're scheduled to be there.
- Must be able to produce quality over quantity.
While it's important we get a job done quickly, our quality of work is most important along with our integrity as a company.
We're looking for someone that can get the job done in time without loss of quality.
- Must provide your own PPE (e.

gloves, safety glasses, respirator) Pay & Benefits -Wages vary depending on experience and performance (starting wage could be higher than $25) - This is a non-W2 position - We do not offer any benefits at this time, but benefits will be introduced as the company grows.
