Process Engineer
Process/Manufacturing Engineer, Automated Manufacturing, Mid-West USKorn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for Process Engineer.
Tremendous growth and expansion have led to a need for a Process Engineer position for a Mid-West manufacture of durable consumer goods products.
Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience in large durable goods is desired with extensive automated plant environment experience.
The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing existing processes, design new processes, produce and maintain process documents, and work with cross functional teams to reduce costs and maintain or improve the quality of our product at their new manufacturing plant.
Outstanding compensation that includes base salary, bonus structure, benefits, and relocation assistance.
Qualifications include:
BSME/EE/IE or related.

years' experience as a Process/Manufacturing Engineer in an automated plant industrial manufacturing environment Industry experience preferred includes automated manufacturing experience (A MUST), medium to high volume small number or skews, Large durable goods, automotive Tier 1, or Tier finished products, foam, furniture, electronics.
Must have experience in Plant Process Improvement in an automated plant environment.
Strong process engineering experience working with existing automated equipment, designing new processes, tools, and fixtures.
Process improvements involving automated equipment.
Experience in ensuring the processing and manufacturing of products creates quality products.
Experience with packaging process improvements/material flow improvements a plus.
Will need to revamp the process of packaging.
Knowledge experience in specialized packaging processed a major plus.
