Responsibilities for this position include:
Answering incoming customer calls and emails regarding order tracking, stock levels, quotes, order entries, or general information questions Update customer information in the customer service database after each call Become fully competent with our quoting and order entry systems Support the sales team with information and/or quotes so they can effectively communicate with our customers Provide accurate information on production orders for the production team In order to be successful, the candidate must be able to:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to make each interaction a positive experience Must have high levels of integrity, especially when communicating with our customers Strong attention to detail and desire to improve customer relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems Must be able to work successfully as an individual and as part of a team Work with our internal teams to continuously improve processes Have the ability to quickly learn new products and processes General math skills Must be able to dependable to work an eight hour shift, five days a week FormWood will provide on-the-job training to familiarize the successful candidate with our processes in the office and on the production floor.
Refresher training will also be available to put you in the best position to succeed.
A High School Diploma/GED is required, although an Associates Degree (or higher) in a business-related field is preferred.
Pay is based on experience.
