Performs activities to monitor and maintain the inventory. Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the inventory by making regular adjustments based on regular inventory counts. Receives daily deliveries ensuring that the correct products and prices are input into the system. Perform additional departmental duties as required.

Assists in maintaining the perpetual balance in the inventory system by posting daily receiving.
Perform quantity adjustments
May be required to order items to replenish the inventory.
Ensuring that items are placed in the correct shelf location.
Research inventory variances to determine and correct cause.
Reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
Check expiration date on items and overall condition item.
Process returns for recalled, damaged, expired and overstocked items.
Communicate with other departments to answer specific question.
Verify correct prices entered into the system when receiving.
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills (written and oral).
Attention to detail and problem solving.
Good customer service skills.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
Ability to bend and stretch to place products and to stand for extended lengths of time
High School Diploma
PTCB Certified a plus
Minimum 6 months Pharmacy Experience, 1 year preferable
