Job Description:
The Workforce Analyst provides world-class service to Optum CSS's Clients by monitoring service levels and impacts to ensure rapid assistance throughout the contact center. This position will report statistical information relative to forecasted versus actual performance and the information provided will be used to make decisions regarding staffing levels, scheduling, budget proposals and daily call center operations requiring the highest degree of accuracy. It will impact the productivity of all center employees through effective support of technology and system utilization.
Job Requirements:
Experience in TotalView IEX Required
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Experience delivering observations to various levels of management
Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access preferred
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment to accomplish a common goal.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
