Shift Supervisor
The supervisor will lead a team of hourly associates with varying levels of experience and education operating in steel slitting and cut-to-length operations.
The supervisor will be responsible for people and team development, quality performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
The supervisor will motivate to achieve established performance targets and will coach the team members to use the established performance processes on the floor and administer policies and procedures.
